Activity Timings

Activities run to set timings to ensure that we can fit as many in each day as possible, while not overworking our staff. They are run as follows:

Hour long activities

All of our activities are run on the hour, for 55 minutes. Multiple sessions of activities can be booked.

Please Note: Instructed activities are not available between 1pm and 2pm as the staff are at lunch. However, if you have your own instructors, these activities can be used.

Swimming

This is slightly different. Swimming is also booked on the hour but this time for an hour. This allows 5 minutes to change before the swim, 45 minutes in the pool, then 10 minutes to dry and dress before the next group arrives.

Half day activities

Rafting, Pioneering and Bushcraft are booked for half day sessions . Our half days are usually from 10am until 1pm or 2pm until 5pm. Amendments to these times can be discussed at the time of booking. Full days and multiple sessions can be booked.

Evenings

All of our activities are available in the evenings after dark, this must be by but prior arrangement only.

Special Events

We can accommodate special events for all activities. These can be arranged as 'have a go' activities. In this case special arrangements are sometimes made at the time of booking.

Ghost Walk

Ghost walk around the site can be arranged for an extra charge. These are usually run in the evening by a very good local actor, but need to be arranged prior to your arrival. Prices are currently £3.50 per person with a minimum charge of £35.00. Keith can be contact ed on 07768 276978 for further details.
