This is the focal point of the site and includes main reception, the shop, vending machines (for snacks and hot and cold drinks), drying facilities, payphone, showers, and the meeting place for on-site activities
The site shop is situated in the main office building. There are a wide range of souvenirs, sweets and drinks stocked in the shop. Opening times will be displayed in the shop door, although if there is sufficient demand the shop can be opened to suit a groups needs
The site has a large campfire circle, which seats about 200 people. On Whit weekend and during the summer holidays the staff run a campfire and invite any visitors to come along and join in. During the rest of the year the campfire circle is available for groups to use. There is a second small campfire circle by the Log Cabin, and campers are encouraged to have their own fires on their site
A charming woodland chapel is available for use by all visitors. During the summer holidays a short reflection is run by the site on a Sunday morning. All visitors are invited to attend.
These buildings are suitable for use for meetings and training. They have hot and cold drink making facilities. Projector, screen, flip chart, television and DVD player can also be hired for use in any of our buildings. The Hall can also be used as a wet weather alternative for groups staying on site.
