Climbing and Abseiling

The Climbing and Abseiling tower was purpose built for Broadstone Warren in 2006. It consists of two faces (one for climbing and one for abseiling) and each face can accommodate up to two groups. The faces are ten metres high.

• Minimum Age: 6 years
• Maximum Group Number: 12
• Session Length: 1.5 hours
• Instructor Qualifications: Guide Climbing Level One (for Guides), Scout Activity Permit (for Scouts) or SPA (or higher)
• Instructors available (site instructors are assessed by an MIA holder and can instruct all groups)
• 10 metres high
• Opportunities for older participants to be involved in belaying climbing
• Develops personal skill, confidence and teamwork.
