Sumo Wrestling

This activity, which can be used either indoors or outdoors, is all about knocking your opponent to the ground in the most effective way. Sumo suits, neck braces, helmets and mats are provided.

• Minimum Age: 6 years
• Maximum Group Number: 12+
• Team size: 1 (minimum of 2 teams required)
• Session Length: 1 hour
